TCR Main 2.9.08 (will be released soon)

New features and Improvements:

1. The 'Due Date' column has been added to invoice list grid which will be calculated as follows.

Due Date= Invoice date created + Accounting Terms (Days until Invoice is Due)

2. 'Bulk Change capabilities' have been added to Customers grid, which allows us to alter the data based on selection criteria.

3. 'Delete All' button is added to Labor section on Ticket Details screen, allowing us to delete all drivers.

4. 'Inline search' is now available on all custom grids such as Tax rates, Tax groups, Prospects, Labor OT, Job IDs, Jobs and Invoices List.

5. 'Pricelist Item Status' is now available on Pricelist -> Items grid in addition to the actual 'line item status'.

The quote item lookup screen only shows pricelist items that are active, even if they are inactive under line items.

As seen below, the line item 'message board' is displayed under the quote items lookup screen which is inactive under line items but active under price list -> items.

6. The 'Yearly' Contract type option has been added to the contract jobs.

7. Security roles now include additional 'Process Permissions' as shown below.

For eg. 'Void Invoice' permission, which prevents us from voiding invoices when it's unchecked.

8. We're currently auditing the 'Price list' modifications for the customer screen.

9. 'Print on Ticket' option is now added on 'Ticket Details' and 'Manage Ticket Items' screens of Return Tickets.

10. The 'Branch' field has been added and made required for equipment purchases under line items.

11. 'Auto Suggestion DropDown Support' is now available for all lookup fields.

12. 'Audit history' is now being recorded whenever we change the driver's name on the ticket labor.

13. 'Contracts' tab has been added to quotes and it is copied to a job when a quote is turned into a job.

14. The Priority column has been added to the tickets grid.

15. The ability to add or change Ticket Number field on the Misc Time from TCR Main. After changing the ticket number and saving it, the 'Ticket Labor Actions' pop-up will appear as follows.

16. The job screen now has zip code automation, which adds state, city and county automatically when you choose a zip code.

17. Branch Inventory: When you try to update branch inventory for the first time, a prompt message appears that will replace inventory quantity on the line item screen.

18. Pricelist Items export file: Now includes price code and the price list description columns.

19. Import Tool is now available for Tax rates and Tax groups where we can import data from excel/csv files.

Bug Fixes

1. 'Converting job from quote': When line items with different sub-items cause a duplicate key error, it can be fixed by unchecking 'include on price list' for duplicate quote items. The error message has also been rephrased as shown below.

2. Billing Name changing issue has been resolved on company screen.

3. We no longer allow special characters in the sort field on quote items.

4. All the settings data is sorted alphabetically.

5. Company audit history: 'Invoicing' text is being renamed as 'invoicing in progress' under audit history.

6. The invoice exception report has been enhanced to display exceptions for non-final edited tickets and non-pricelist items clearly.

7. We now allow users to create batch invoices, though some jobs have exceptions by adding a popup message.

8. Misc Time by Driver report is now showing the start time and end time in military time format.

9. Job screen: The tax codes are now arranged in alphabetical order.

10. Manage Items: Rate type is automatically filled in when you add a new item from manage items screen.
