Unable to select Travel Time when there are no Jobs on the Mobile App

System needs at least one ticket to be chosen for any work code that has “open ticket list” button enabled to function properly. If you don’t want the ticket list to be opened for any work code, you can disable it under Labor - Work Codes in TCR Online and enable it whenever needed.
