When you update a ticket in the main TCR Online (such as the date/time/information/plans) will it automatically update the dispatched ticket on an employee’s mobile app?

Yes, ticket changes are reflected back to the app when it updates every 2 minutes. There is no need to update the ticket, un-dispatch the ticket, and then re-dispatch that ticket to the employee.
