TCR Main 2.9.09 (will be released on May 16th, 2025)

New features and Improvements:

1. The 'Invoice Payments' option is now available under the 'Invoices' section, allowing us to add payments details. To add a new invoice payment, click the plus (+) icon - this will open the Invoice Payments form where we can enter payment details.

Clicking the 'Apply payments to invoices' button opens a form that allows you to select invoice records.

We can find the invoice details under the 'Details' tab.

We can now view the 'Invoice Payments' tab under the 'Customers' screen.

The 'Payment Details' tab is now available under the 'Invoice' screen, displaying the balance details as well.

If the balance is zero, we won’t be able to select another invoice for payment. A pop-up will appear to notify you.

It will not allow you to add an amount that exceeds the payment limit.

2. 'Inventory Levels' dashboard has been added to the Equipment module for easier access and tracking. It will display all the equipment-type line item details, including rented, available, and unavailable quantities. When a specific inventory quantity is assigned to a ticket, the quantity will be automatically updated here.

We have also added Branch, Equipment Types and Availability filters to filter and manage the data. Radio buttons (traffic light buttons) allow us to filter records based on stock availability.

Inventory details can also be viewed on line item screen.

3. Geo fencing: TCR mobile app has geo fencing feature which allows users to be alerted when they get near a job site to clock into the job, when the leave job site without clocking it, it prompts them to clock out, captures how far from a job site a user clocked in or out. 4. The All Punch Our The Fence report is now available under the Reports section. This report shows all punch-out activities that occurred outside the fence.

5. Date Created and Created by fields are now available in the advanced search on the Invoice List grid.

6. Quotes: While copying or creating a new quote, the 'Prices Valid Through' date will automatically update to 30 days after the 'Quote Created Date'.'

7. The character limit for line item descriptions has been increased to 1,500 characters.

8. The mobile version column is now accessible within the Enterprise Manager

9. Audit history is now enabled for Work codes

10. The Driver Schedule Grid has been updated to include a new 'Acknowledged' column. Click here for more details about ticket acknowledgement feature.

11. Audit history is now enabled for Enterprise manager.

12. 'Ticket Number' column has been added under Job → TCPS. It displays all the ticket numbers linked to the corresponding TCP.

13. Uploading multiple attachments at once: Users can now upload multiple files by simply dragging and dropping them into the attachment grids of Companies, Customers, Jobs, Tickets, Quotes, Prospects and Line Items, with no need to click the 'Add New' button.

Note: Drag and drop files on the grid area but not on the 'add new' attachment screen.

14. Certifications tab on the Employees screen : Added 'Available in Mobile App' and 'Notes' fields to the Certifications tab, and introduced a new 'Expiring Certificates' report within the Employees grid.

We've added an 'Expiring Certificates' report to the Employees grid to display certificate expiration details

15. Invoice Batches: Improved invoice batches by adding downloadable link, detailed filters and invoices tab.

15. Copy Ticket attachments: We can now copy ticket attachments when a ticket is copied.

BUG FIXES

1. Added a warning message when transferring tickets between jobs to alert users about the status of 'Limit Line Items to Price List' setting on the job screen.

2. Inactive sale items can no longer be added to sale tickets or Quotes

3. Ticket Photos can now be printed with all ticket formats.

4. The limit on exporting users has been removed. The system now supports exporting all users without limitations.

5. The Equipment or Labor value is now being retrieved from the Line Item screen instead of the Pricelist Item.

6. In the Invoice List Grid, the 'accounting partner error message' will be shown only for invoices with a 'Failed' status.

7. The Lost Inventory Report now displays Item IDs in sorted order.

8. Scheduled tickets are now sorted by 'estimated start time'.

9. When converting a quote into a job, any item that was not assigned a quantity will be 'available' for the job.

10. When the 'Use Customer Email for Email Invoice' setting is enabled, the invoice email field will be hidden on the job screen.

11. Duplicate line item codes are no longer allowed.
