Equipment Billing Summary

This is an excellent management report that should be run every month as it identifies every item that was billed, total revenue and potentially total profit. You are prompted for a date range and optional customer, job and branch. Each item is listed and separated/totalled by item id, description and price. So if you charge different prices for the same item, it will appear twice. You will see the total revenue for each item, and if you have entered in a Rental Cost on the line items, you will see the total cost as well as profit. The line items are sorted and subtotalled by either Rental, sale/one-time charges or labor. By clicking on the column header arrows you have the ability to sort the data by specific columns.
