Equipment Billing Summary by Item Code

This report is a super summary of billing for a specific date range that totals all revenue for each line item. It shows the quantity, and separates between rental and sales revenue which is differentiated by whether the Sale/One-Time charge is checked on the line item. Normally, since it is always billed one time, labor should not be checked as sale, and therefore will be in the rental revenue column.
