Daily Trip Sheet

This report is a snap shot of the drivers day and includes all the time they spent on tickets or non-ticket labor (i.e. misc. time). If used properly it can be used to plug totals into your payroll software. You can print it for any date range and for any single driver if necessary. The date is summarized by driver and shows the labor date, job# or work code, ticket#, start and end time and total time. Then it breaks down the total time by regular vs OT/DT as well as separates out certified time. Keep in mind, Active ticket are not included in these calculations, and the branch sorting is based on the branch the driver is assigned to and not the job branch.
