Preliminary Notice Tracking

On the customer screen you have a check box to indicate if a pre-lien notice is required and then on the job screen a place to note if the request was sent and if it was returned. This report simply tracks those 3 components and breaks down the jobs by customer where 1) required notice was not sent, 2) notice was sent but not returned, 3) notice was sent and returned. Only open jobs are reported where it is required.
