Maintenance Log

You are prompted for a date range and optional equipment code or equipment type. The purpose of this report is to see a summary of what maintenance has been done on your equipment (i.e. oil change, new battery, etc.). The report sort the equipment by equipment type and then specific equipment code and will list the service date, hours or mileage at the time, what service was performed, by what vendor and for what cost.
