Expire/Expiring Permits

You can print the report for a single customer, but normally it is printed weekly so you can stay on top of Permits or TCPs that are expiring. The data comes from 2 sources: 1) job form if you enter in a permit expiration date, 2) job TCP tab if you have TCPs that are not completed. The report will only show the information for Open jobs when the permit or TCP expiration date has passed or will pass in 7 days. The date on the report includes the job and foreman information, TCP#, description, work hours and last ticket date.
