Ticket Acknowledgement confirmation

Ticket Acknowledgement confirmation feature avoids missing acknowledgement issues. It sends the acknowledgement confirmation from the driver(Mobile App) to TCR Main.

Go to Settings ->Company ->Mobile App Settings ->check 'Enable Mobile Ticket Acknowledgement' toggle. You can see 'Acknowledgement' button on Ticket under Mobile APP.

And then you can see the confirmation on the Ticket->Labor ->Record Info.

You can also see the acknowledgement confirmation from 'Schedule Drivers' screen.

Go to Mobile app, where you can see 'Acknowledgement' button on the Tickets list. Click on that button.

And then you can see the confirmation on the Ticket->Labor ->Record Info.

You can also see the acknowledgement confirmation from 'Schedule Tickets' screen.

Note: 

If you add a ticket from tcr mobile app, you can't see the acknowledge button in tcr mobile app but the acknowledgement details will be updated in tcr main ->ticket ->labor ->record info in tcr main with the ticket created time.

If you add a ticket from tcr main, you can see the acknowledge button in tcr mobile app and the acknowledgement details will be updated in tcr main ->ticket ->labor ->record info in tcr main when you hit the 'acknowledge' button in tcr mobile app.

In the below screenshot,

Case1: We have added the ticket D0086510 from tcr main so we can see that button in tcr mobile app and the acknowledgement details under ticket ->labor ->record info in tcr main with the ticket created details.

We have added the other ticket D0089641 from tcr mobile so we can't see that button in tcr mobile app but we can see the acknowledgement details under ticket ->labor ->record info in tcr main when you hit the 'acknowledge' button in tcr mobile app.
