Step1: Create a quote with some items. Make sure to check ‘print on AIA’ toggle on the quote items screen.
Step2: From that quote, create a job with ‘AIA report’ toggle on, where we can see all those items under the Progress Billing Items tab.

Job -> Progress Billing Items tab
Step3: We need to deliver a few items from the quoted items by updating the quantity delivered.
Step4: Need to generate an invoice for those items and click on ‘Download the progress billing invoice’ link.

Step5: Quantity will be updated under ‘Progress Billing Items’ according to the generated invoice.
Step6: We can also update ‘manual billed quantity’ under ‘Pause Billing Items’ tab.
Step7: We can also reprint ‘progress billing invoice’ from the existing invoice
Additional notes:
- When generating a job from a quote, the job should include quote items as progress billing items.
- If the "Add to Existing Job" option is selected from the quote, the quoted quantity of the item in the progress billing item of the job should be updated if it already exists, otherwise, a new progress billing item should be added to the job.
- Creating a ticket from a quote is currently not within the scope.
- If multiple invoices are generated for a job, the invoiced quantity and remaining quantity should be updated accordingly.
- The download link for the progress billing report should always be available on the invoice download screen, irrespective of the AIA flag.
- The progress billing report should be provided in PDF format.
- The option to reprint the progress billing report should be available on the invoice screen.
