Progressive contract billing and AIA format missing prior billing information

When using the option to do progressive billing on a contract job that also requires the AIA invoice format report, it is important that you do not use the feature to invoice from the Ticket.  You need to return to the Job screen to proof and invoice the billing.

If you do bill from the DTC ticket, a SalesInvoice flag is set on the invoice record, and if you try to bill from the Job the next time, the prior DTC is ignored and the prior billing quantities and amounts do not show up on the AIA invoice format.

If this happens, you will need to continue to bill the job from the DTC ticket until the job is complete.  Or contact support and ask them to clear the Sales Invoice flag on the prior invoices.
