TCR Mobile App -> Multi User Timecard Feature

It will allow you to maintain multiple users timecards at the same time.

Step 1: Login into the TCR Mobile app.

Step 2: Navigate to Settings and select 'Enable Multi Users' toggle

Step 3: We can see the ‘Multi users’ symbol located on the top right corner of the main menu.

Step 4: Click on 'Time card' from the main menu.

Step 5: We can see the 2 tabs named ‘My Time’ and ‘Team Time’ under Time Card. Click on ‘Team Time’.

Step 6: Click on ‘Add Users’ under team time. It will open all the users.

Step 7: Select multiple users from the list.

Step 8: We can see the selected users under Time card -> Team Time.

Step 9: Now, click on ‘Multi Users’ symbol.

Step 10: It will redirect you to the Clock In/Out page.

Step 11: When you click on the ‘Clock in/out’ button, it will show you the selected list of team members.

Step 12: Select each user from the listed group and then clock-in into their time card screens with their pins located in TCRMain->Users screen.

 

Step 13: Once you clocked-in into their account, it will redirect you into to their individual time card screens, where we can run their time cards.

Step 14: Running time cards individually by selecting Ticket numbers.

Step 15: We can run time cards for the group from the admin user’s Time card -> 'My Time' by checking the below setting says ‘Start/stop time for the team members too?’ and then select the required users from the list.

Step 16: We can stop the time card from the same screen. Time card ->My Time.

Step 17: We can also stop the work codes from 'My Team'. 

Step 18: When you click on 'Sign Out' to stop the work codes, it will prompt you below. When you say yes, it will stop the workcode timer.

Step 19: We can see all the timecard details under the Time Card -> My Team.

Step 20: When you log out from the mobile app, it will unselect all the team members from the team automatically.

Note: We can see all the time card details under TCR Main-> Labor ->MISC Time.
