Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) MFA adds an extra layer of security to your TCR login.
How it works:
Step1: Login to TCR: Navigate to the provided Test TCR Environment link. Enter Credentials: Use your existing TCR username and password. MFA Setup Prompt: Go to Settings —> Company —> scroll down to user security and enable the Multi-Factor Authentication Toggle.
Step2: User-Specific MFA: Go to Settings —> User —> {User Name} —> Turn on the Multi-Factor Toggle under the General Heading.
Step3: Test Login: Logout of TCR and log back in to test the MFA.
Step4: Receive Code: With MFA enabled, you will receive a one-time code to the email address and the phone number associated with your account. Enter this code to complete your login.
For enterprise companies, these settings need to be enabled on both the Enterprise Company screen and the Enterprise User screen, as shown below.
