Rapid Plan Integration

TCR’s Rapid Plan integration allows Rapid Plan to securely access job data from TCR through an API. This enables automatic transfer of job and TCP data between the two systems. Access is controlled using a company-level Client ID and API keys.

Steps to setup

Step 1 - Navigate to Integrations

In TCR, go to Company -> Integrations

Step 2 - Connect Rapid Plan

  1. Locate the Rapid Plan card on the Integrations page
  2. Click the card to open the connection modal
  3. The system will display auto-generated Client ID and API Key fields
  4. Use the regenerate icons if you want to create new values
  5. Click Save

Step 3 - Copy Credentials to Rapid Plan

Once saved, TCR displays three values you need to provide to Rapid Plan:

Provide the three values above to your Rapid Plan representative or enter them in Rapid Plan's TCR integration configuration screen and then click on 'try it out' button.

Data Available via the Integration

Once connected, Rapid Plan can pull the following job information from TCR:

  • Job Number, Name, Status
  • Customer details
  • Job address (street, city, state, zip, lat/long)
  • Start and close dates
  • Branch and Foreman
  • Job attachments

Supported job statuses for filtering: Open, Pending, Invoiced, Closed, Cancelled.
